Prepare Documents

Gather required documents including diploma and language certificates

Required documents typically include: High school diploma/transcript (officially translated), Passport copy, Passport-size photos, English proficiency certificate (IELTS/TOEFL for English programs), Application form, Character reference letter (some universities)

Apply Online

Submit your application through the university portal

Complete the university's online application form with all required information. Attach scanned copies of all required documents. Pay the application fee (usually $50-200 USD).

Receive Acceptance

Receive your acceptance letter within 2–4 weeks

Most universities process applications within 2-4 weeks. You'll receive an official acceptance letter by email. Some universities may require an interview before issuing the acceptance letter.

Apply for Visa

Apply for a student visa at your nearest Egyptian embassy

Once you have your acceptance letter, apply for a student visa at your nearest Egyptian embassy or consulate. Required documents: acceptance letter, valid passport, photos, financial proof, accommodation confirmation. Processing time: 5-15 business days.
